Sleep Is My #1

When it comes to recovery, happiness, performance, or longevity—sleep is at the top of my list. It’s the most powerful, underrated tool we have.

The human body is incredibly capable. When you're sleeping deeply and consistently, your body has the resources it needs to repair, recover, and adapt to whatever life throws at you.

But when your system is overwhelmed— → You’re eating low-quality, toxic food → You’re under chronic stress → Your body is constantly stuck in detox or emotional regulation mode

…your internal resources get spread thin. You're fighting on too many fronts at once. And even then, if you manage to get enough high-quality sleep, your body can still bounce back.

That’s how powerful sleep really is. It’s the foundation everything else builds on.


Before trying new supplements, workouts, or diets, ask yourself:

  • Is my sleep long enough?

  • Is it deep enough?

  • Do I wake up feeling rested?

  • Do I wake up frequently during the night?

  • Could I be sleeping next to a lot of EMF waves? 

    • Is my wifi disrupting my sleep?

  • Do I sleep with my mouth open at night?

    • Do I wake up with a dry or sore throat?
